A Blender artist named Alexandr SubSensus recently shared a stunning 3D animation on Reddit, only to be hit with accusations that it was AI-generated.
The piece, crafted entirely by hand using Blender, Cinema 4D, and Octane Render, featured dreamy visuals and a smooth, subtle slow-motion—elements that many associate with AI creations.
The result? Viewers were convinced it couldn’t possibly be human-made.users started to question about the art asked for wireframe or viewport render, he posted the some snapshots of the work.
One Reddit user commented, “We’re reaching a point where creating anything abstract and high-quality will make it look like you faked everything.”
Imagine dedicating months to perfecting a piece of art, only for people to assume AI did all the work.
The irony? AI can recreate such visuals with a simple prompt, which adds an even sadder layer to the situation.
SubSensus had to step in and prove his work was 100% human-made.
