Maxon has officially launched Cinema 4D 2025.1, winter release, the latest iteration of its popular 3D software, featuring significant enhancements to its Boolean modeling system and simulation toolsets.
The update introduces a revamped Boolean modeling workflow, designed to boost the speed and stability of operations while enabling the creation of more intricate Boolean hierarchies.
These changes aim to provide artists with greater flexibility and efficiency in their projects.
Additional improvements include updates to the simulation tools, highlighted by a new Particle Node Modifier, along with enhancements to Scene Nodes, further expanding Cinema 4D’s procedural capabilities.
Installation and Compatibility
Cinema 4D 2025.1 installs by default into the “Maxon Cinema 4D 2025” folder, replacing any existing installations.
The system requirements remain consistent with version 2025.0, supporting Windows 10+ and macOS 13.6+.
